SANA NEW AWARD is the prize given to 3 products representing SANA newness, considered the innovation in each sector and voted by the audience present at SANA 2019.

Organic Buffalo Burrata from Ponte Reale was created by one of the members of the company, Massimo Rega.

It was awarded as novelty for the year 2019 from over 400 participants. Our Burrata was voted for its handmade production and for its organic ingredients made of prodigious organoleptic characteristics.
